I also knew Robert to be a long-time resident of Nelson, who I'd seen at the gym and around town, and who worked for years at Valhalla Path Realty -- which already had a great reputation around the Nelson area.

In 2024, I was relieved to again have Robert involved in the sale of my condo. For personal reasons, this was a particularly stressful sale and move, so I especially appreciated Robert's kindness, calm demeanour, attentiveness, and especially appreciated that he never seemed rushed.

Both sales were relatively quick sales, but somehow the speed of the process still felt comfortable with Robert easily navigating all the details.

Rob has been helping me through thick and thin of finding a new home for many years. I first asked for his services when I needed my previous home assessed. In the subsequent years he patiently explored my options with me, from buying a condo, to shopping for cohousing opportunities, to finally settling on a Mobile Home Park, and getting the one I wanted. Rob aways gave me lots of space to come up with my own questions, which he then kindly and patiently answered. His advice was reassuring while realistic.
